Shopping at Public Store Padova is simple, secure, and flexible. For this reason, we have defined a clear and intuitive return procedure, which can be managed independently online or directly in-store.

The right of withdrawal is regulated by Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), in implementation of Directive 2011/83/EU.

 

ONLINE RETURN VIA YOUR PERSONAL ACCOUNT

If you wish to return one or more items online, you can easily do so through your personal profile.

Here's how the procedure works:

  1. Log in to your personal account.

  2. Find your order: In the Orders section, locate the order for which you wish to request a return. You can also make a partial return by selecting only some of the products in the order.

  3. Request a return: Select the option to start the procedure and follow the guided instructions.

  4. Wait for approval of the request: You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the return has been approved.

  5. Ship the package to our address: Once the request is approved, you will need to arrange the shipment of the return to the following address: Via Caterino Davila, 12, 35137 Padova PD (Italia). You can use the courier of your choice, even the cheapest, provided that the shipment is tracked and the service provider gives you a tracking number.

Once the package is received, we reserve 1–3 business days to verify its condition and approve the refund, which will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.

 

Times and Conditions - Online Returns

Period for making a return: The request must be submitted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. The package must also be delivered to the courier within 7 days of the return request's acceptance, otherwise the return request will be cancelled.

Product conditions: The product must be returned intact, unused, with original tags and packaging.

Costs:
Italy: fixed cost of €7.00, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
European Union: fixed cost of €20.00, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Extra-European Union: fixed cost of €50.00, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Customs duties (Extra-European Union): For return shipments from non-EU countries, any customs duties, import taxes, and ancillary charges applied by the customs authorities of the country of origin or transit are to be borne entirely by the customer. It is recommended to check the customs regulations in force in your country before proceeding with the return shipment. Should such charges be debited to the recipient upon arrival of the package, the corresponding amount will be fully deducted from the sum refunded to the customer.

 

IN-STORE RETURN

As an alternative to online returns, you can return your items directly to our Public Store Padova (Via Caterino Davila, 12, 35137 Padova PD).

To make an in-store return, simply visit the store within 14 days of receiving your order. Upon arrival at the store, we will verify the general condition of the product to ensure it complies with our return policy.

The refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.

At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or color, we invite you to place a new order and proceed with the return of the item you do not wish to keep, following the procedures outlined on this page.
