Are your products authentic?

Yes, all our products are new and authentic. We are official resellers of all the brands available on our website. All products come with tags and original packaging.

Are out of stock items restocked?

Public Store Padova displays the availability of items in our warehouses and stores in real time. If a size is currently unavailable, it means it's out of stock, and we can't currently predict whether it will be restocked during the season.

We recommend periodically visiting the product or collection page to check for any updates on availability. You can also save your favorite items to your WISHLIST so you can always keep track of them.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the country. To see a list of countries we ship to and their shipping times and costs, please visit our Shipping page.

What are the shipping costs and times?

We ship within Italy within 24-48 hours with express delivery and within 3-5 business days outside Italy.

Shipping to Italy costs EUR 7; it's free for orders of EUR 200 or more.

For international shipping, costs start at EUR 12.

Can I place an order and pick it up at your physical store?

Yes, during checkout you can choose between several shipping options: in addition to home delivery, in-store pickup is also available. This service is FREE and does not incur additional shipping costs.

As soon as your order is available for collection, you will receive an email notification and an update will also be visible in your personal account.

Do I need an account to purchase on the site?

No, you don't need to create an account manually. When you make a purchase, an account is automatically generated and associated with your email address. Your orders, personal information, and shipping addresses are stored there. To log in, visit the Sign In section and enter your email address. You'll receive an OTP via email that you'll need to enter to access your personal area.

How can I track an order?

Upon shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment via the courier's website or the link provided. Alternatively, you can always track the status of your shipment from your personal area.

I am a non-EU customer. Do your prices include customs duties?

No, any customs duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility and must be paid to the courier according to the methods indicated.

Returns & Refunds

How can I make a return online?

If you wish to return one or more items online, you can easily do so through your personal profile.

Here's how the procedure works:

Log in to your personal account.

Find your order: In the Orders section, locate the order for which you wish to request a return. You can also request a partial return by selecting only some of the products in the order.

Request a return: Select the option to start the process and follow the guided instructions.

Receive your return shipping label by email.

Prepare the package and apply the label to the outside.

Return the package: you can take it to a collection point, or arrange for home collection through the courier's official platform.

How can I make a return at your physical store?

You can return your items directly to our store in Padua, at Via Caterino Davila 12, 35137 .

To return an item in-store, simply show up within 14 days of receiving your order. Upon arrival, we'll inspect the product to ensure it complies with our return policies. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method used to make the purchase.

What are the conditions for making a return?

Return period: The request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.

Product Condition: The product must be returned intact, unused, with original labels and packaging.

Is the return free?

ONLINE RETURN: the procedure has a fixed cost of EUR 8, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

IN-STORE RETURNS: The process is FREE and there are no additional costs. Your order will be refunded in full.

*Note: The shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase will be refunded in full, except in the case of a partial return. In this case, the initial shipping cost will not be refunded.

How long does it take to receive my refund after making a return?

Once we receive the product (either online or in-store), we allow 1-3 business days to approve the refund. The refund will then be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Can I exchange a purchased product for another size or color?

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, we invite you to place a new order and return the item you do not wish to keep, following the instructions in the Returns & Refunds section.
