Crew neck made from 13 oz heavyweight sweatshirt fabric, featuring a compact and consistent structure and a particular three-dimensional (3D) pattern designed to enhance the fabric's weight without compromising comfort. The design maintains an essential aesthetic, allowing the quality and presence of the material to define the garment. To make even such a thick and heavy fabric comfortable, the construction was designed with a large back panel that wraps around the shoulders, connected to the front through a seam designed to naturally follow the body. Under the armpits and along the sides, ribbed knit side inserts are present, contributing to a three-dimensional construction and ensuring greater freedom of movement, as well as a generous and comfortable fit. The body is made using the fabric in a transversal direction, a technical choice that limits stretching and shrinking in the vertical direction, helping to maintain the garment's shape more stably. The side pockets positioned above the hips feature an internal jersey pouch made of 5.5 oz jersey, the same type of fabric used for T-shirts. This solution reduces the bulk and rigidity of the pockets, making them comfortable even as practical hand warmers. Particular attention has been dedicated to every construction detail, the silhouette, and the proportions. The measurements have been carefully calculated considering the shrinkage caused by garment dyeing and subsequent washing, to achieve the ideal fit once the process is complete. The Black version in reactive dye features an intense and clean color, maintaining the natural softness of the fabric and a simple and versatile look. The pigment-dyed variants, on the other hand, enhance the particular three-dimensional surface of the sweatshirt, creating natural tonal variations. With each wash, the color tends to fade gradually, developing an increasingly rich patina and an authentic vintage character. A garment that embodies all the constructive care and technical experience of Good On, designed to be worn for a long time and improve with age.
